As a new entrepreneur, my passion for helping others succeed is a natural extension of my nearly two-decade career in public service. As a law enforcement officer and a leader in my community, I have always been driven by hard work and a desire to serve-a value instilled in me by my Hmong immigrant parents.

My journey into the medical marijuana industry began in 2023 where I became a State Agent at the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA). As a State Agent, I gained unique, firsthand knowledge of industry regulations, compliance procedures, and state-specific requirements. Over my two-year tenure, I have participated in more than 100 investigations and reviewed over 1,000 business licenses, METRC accounts, and compliance reports. I have also worked closely with partnering agencies, becoming proficient in their needs as well.

It was during countless on-site visits that I recognized a critical gap: many good, hard-working business owners were struggling with preventable compliance issues that threatened their livelihoods. I saw firsthand how a lack of guidance could lead to devastating fines and the loss of licenses. At that moment, I knew I had to help.
